Spa treatments are a great way to relax and promote health and healing. Going to a spa to have treatment done can be costly, but there are ways you can create the spa treatment at home with kitchen and bath essentials. Do-it-yourself spa treatments are a cost-effective way to pamper yourself.

Step 1

Mix oatmeal or cornmeal with yogurt until it forms a paste. Smooth over face avoiding the eye area. Wash off face with warm water.

Step 2

Cook a peach until it is soft. With a fork, mash the cooked peach with honey and oatmeal until it is thick. Apply to face and let it set for 10 minutes. Rinse off mask with warm water.

Step 3

Apply olive oil to a comb and comb through your hair from roots to ends. Cover hair with plastic wrap and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash oil out of hair.

Step 4

Use a loofah in a circular motion from your feet upward to exfoliate your skin and improve circulation.

Step 5

Fill a bath with warm water. Add powdered milk and soak. Shower when done.

Step 6

Massage feet with foot lotion. Apply baby powder to your socks and place them on your feet. Leave on overnight.

Step 7

Apply body lotion or cream to your whole body to finish your spa treatment.
