Which Neurotransmitter is Responsible for Alzheimer's Disease?

Changes in the neurotransmitter acetylcholine are believed to be the primary reason people suffer from Alzheimer's disease. The brain uses acetylcholine for learning and remembering. In Alzheimer's patients, there is less acetylcholine and what is there does not work as well.
