Fold the towel over the top of the stones.

Massage the leg area using two small stones from the towel. Gently press the stone into the skin to massage the muscles. Once the leg massage is complete, place the towel with the stones over the legs and proceed with the back massage.
Step 6
Remove the towel from the legs and ask the recipient to turn over. Place the towel on the stomach and begin the front massage. Seastones Massage recommends placing one stone over the heart and smaller stones between fingers and toes.
