When you have low self-confidence, you may feel that you have the inability to meet the demands of life, and it may prevent you from participating in new activities. Step 1

Give yourself a reward when you accomplish something. Go to a lavish dinner when you complete a difficult project or buy a new outfit if you receive a great grade in an academic course.
