Perhaps the best thing you can do to naturally detox your body is to add what are known as "superfoods" to your diet. Superfoods are foods that are overly rich with healthy vitamins and nutrients and help clear the body of toxins. Superfoods are not just limited to fruits and vegetables. Some superfoods include apples, cinnamon, dark chocolate, broccoli, low-fat yogurt, kiwi, soy, pumpkin, turkey, wild salmon and extra-virgin olive oil.
