How to Put on LashBlast Mascara

LashBlast mascara made by CoverGirl is a volumizing mascara that creates the appearance of longer and thicker eyelashes. The mascara is available in both a waterproof and nonwaterproof formula and comes in three colors: very black, black and black-brown.

Step 1

Curl your upper eyelashes with an eyelash curler tool. To use the eyelash curler tool, place your index finger in one handle loop and your thumb in the other handle loop. Spread your index finger and thumb to separate the eyelash curler clamps. Put the eyelash curler clamps at the root of your upper eyelashes. Your eyelashes should be in between the clamps. Squeeze your index finger and thumb together to close the clamps. Hold the eyelash curler clamps on your upper eyelashes for 5 seconds to curl your lashes.

Step 2

Lock in the curl by brushing one coat of clear Professional Natural Lash Mascara conditioning gel to the underside of your upper lashes, starting from the roots of the lashes and working your way out the ends of the lashes in one smooth motion.

Step 3

Brush LashBlast mascara on the topside of your upper lashes, starting from the roots and working your way out to the ends of your lashes in one smooth motion.

Step 4

Brush LashBlast mascara on the underside of your upper lashes, starting from the roots and working your way out to the ends of your lashes in one smooth motion.

Step 5

Apply a second coat of LashBlast mascara on the underside of the upper eyelashes for a thicker fuller look. For the fullest look, place the brush at the roots of the eyelashes and move the brush in a side-to-side motion as you work your way out to the ends of your lashes.

Step 6

Brush LashBlast mascara on the topside of the lower lashes, working from the roots of the lashes out to the ends of the lashes in one smooth motion.

Tips and Warnings

  • To prevent mascara from running onto your skin when you sweat, wear the waterproof formula during hot weather or skip applying mascara to your bottom lashes.
