Enhancing stamina in a short period of time will take little effort. If you have a lack of sexual stamina, strengthening your pubococcygeus muscles with PC exercises, as they are commonly known, will increase your stamina by giving you greater control of your erection and strengthening your ejaculations. Combined with eating foods that can increase your libido and cardiovascular exercise to keep your weight down and your heart healthy, you can enhance your stamina significantly in a relatively short time
Step 1
Identify your pubococcygeus muscle. During urination, contract the muscle you use to stop the flow of urine completely. This muscle is your PC muscle. The hammock-like web of muscles extends from the pubic bone to the tailbone and maintains the blood flow to your penis.
Step 2
Contract and release your PC muscles quickly for 10 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Do this for three sets, then rest for a minute. Clench your PC muscle for a count of 10 seconds, and release for a count of 20. Do this for three sets, and rest another minute. Forcefully contract and hold your PC muscle for a count of 2 and release, repeating ten times. As the days go by, increase the amount of time you clench your PC muscle from 10 seconds to 20, with the same amount of rest in between.
Step 3
Do some sort of cardiovascular exercise every day to keep get your heart pumping. Erections are formed by engorging the penis with blood, and keeping your heart pumping strongly will help. Also, developing some athletic stamina will put you in better shape for sexual activity.
Step 4
Cut out saturated fat, fast food and high-sodium foods, such as processed foods. These foods have been linked to loss of libido and will slow down your progress. If possible eliminate them completely for the two weeks before you train for stamina. Snack on celery, almonds, bananas and avocados, and eat salmon. These foods help increase your libido.
Tips and Warnings
- PC muscles can be done anytime because they cannot be detected, so do them every day while at work at your desk, or in your car while driving. Consistency is key, so do them twice a day, every day, for maximum results.
