P90X

The P90X Extreme Home Fitness Training System is a 90-day program in a 13-DVD set featuring workouts for specific body parts, interval-style cardio and martial arts-inspired workouts, and stretch and yoga routines, says AceFitness.com. Tony Horton, the creator of P90X, guides you through each workout and demonstrates how to properly execute each exercise. P90X requires minimal equipment--dumbbells and pull up bar or a resistance band for beginners--but includes plenty of variety. Horton focuses his routines on muscle confusion, which is the theory that muscles need stimulus for constant change. P90X has sold over two million copies around the world. This program retails for $149 through Beachbody.com and includes the 13 workout videos, fitness log and nutrition guide.

Biggest Loser Workout

NBC's The Biggest Loser is a popular television show. As of 2010, it was in the process of filming season 10 and continuing to gain viewers. The Biggest Loser workout videos allow you to train with the show's trainers, Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper, along with various contestants from past seasons. These videos are geared towards weight loss and includes body weight exercises, kickboxing movements and yoga stretches. Also, many of these videos offer video diet tips and the ability to customize your workout. The videos retail for $10 to $15 and can be purchased online or at a local retail store.

One on One with Jackie Warner

Jackie Warner is a popular celebrity trainer. She has made multiple workout videos, the most popular being One on One with Jackie Warner. This video replicates a personal training session with her. Warner is great at talking you through the moves, and there are also modifications for beginners and the more advanced, says FitSugar.com. This video has three parts--upper body, lower body, and core--which will give you a full-body workout in 60 minutes. Warner trains her clients with little to no rest and keeps her routines high-intensity, which will help you build muscle and burn fat. This video retails for about $12.
