Quality workout videos should provide you with a comprehensive workout with easy-to-follow steps and minimal equipment requirements. Additionally, the best workout videos should have more than one level of intensity so that you can gradually increase the volume of your workouts. There are a variety of videos that cover all styles of exercise.

The latest DVD series from fitness enthusiast and NBC’s "Biggest Loser" personal trainer, Jillian Michaels, includes three separate 30 minute workouts. Each workout is designed to increase your strength, form and power while improving your overall health. Each of the three workouts begins and ends with a warm-up and cool-down and they get progressively more difficult. Additionally, each workout was created with Michaels’ signature 3-2-1 Strength/Cardio/Abs circuit in which three minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abdominal training is repeated throughout the 30 minutes. In just 30 minutes, Michaels will provide you with an effective workout that combines her unfailing motivation and knowledge of physical fitness.
