Jenny Craig for Teens
The Jenny Craig Weight-Loss Program for Teens is geared towards teens ages 13 to 17. The teenager must be in good health and not be taking any type of drugs for a medical condition. The teen program can be completed at a Jenny Craig center or at home. Besides personalized menus and activity suggestions, the program provides the teen with one-on-one counseling sessions. The counselor will address food issues important to teens, such as ordering out while with friends and what to eat for lunch at school. Parents are expected to be actively involved by providing the teen with encouragement as she attempts to lose weight.
