While there are many exercises that men and women can do together, exercises that can help enlarge the length and girth of the penis are specific to men only. By exercising the muscles that control the penis, men might be able to achieve a more satisfying sex life as well as a larger organ.

Kegel Exercises

These exercises strengthen the pybococcygeal (PC) muscles that run from the pubic bone to the tail bone and provide support for the genital organs. Performing these exercises can alleviate symptom of erectile dysfunction and even help men achieve multiple orgasms. You can identify the PC muscles by trying to stop the flow of urine when you are using the bathroom. You can perform these exercises anytime, anywhere. You can also perform quick contract/relax exercises throughout your day. The website recommends beginning with three- to five-second contractions and increasing the length of the contraction period as the exercises become easier.

Jelqing

This exercise is designed to help increase the flow of blood to the penis, thereby increasing size. According to the website MaleEnhancement, you should use plenty of lubrication when performing this exercise. Attempt this exercise when your penis is 70 to 80 percent hard. Form the “okay” sign with your thumb and forefinger, and place the circle they create around the base of your organ. While applying firm but gentle pressure, pull your hands down the entire length of your lubricated penis, stopping as you reach the glans (head). When one hand reaches the head, start the stroke with the other hand, pulling from the base of your penis with each stroke. Start with 100 strokes, and increase the number of repetitions over time. Each base-to-head movement should take about three seconds.

Stretching

According to the website FreePenisEnlargementGuide, this exercise is designed to help increase penis length. Hold your flaccid penis with your thumb and forefinger directly behind the head. Hold your penis tightly, and pull it in a downward direction for 30 seconds while flexing your PC muscles. Vigorously shake your penis for about 30 seconds after each stretch and contraction. Repeat this stretch/shake combination by pulling your penis in each direction. Take care when stretching your penis in order to avoid injury.
