A mini trampoline is a smaller version of a regular trampoline. Also known as a rebounder, mini trampolines usually measure about 40 inches in diameter. Mini trampolines offer a low impact way to exercise at home. Mini trampolines can be used for many exercises, including basic jogging.
Step 1
Step up onto the mini trampoline. Consider holding onto something or someone for balance if you have never been on a mini trampoline.
Step 2
Lift one knee up a few inches, then the other to begin a basic marching motion. Walk in place for a few minutes to get the feel of the trampoline.
Step 3
Pump your arms alongside your body as you increase your pace. Continue to move faster, until you are no longer walking, and have started a slow jog.
Step 4
Alternate lifting your knees to your chest and raising your heels to your butt. Perform each version for a couple minutes before you switch.

I recently purchased a super high quality rebounder and have been taking rebounding classes at Bounce Fitness in Mississauga, Ontario.
WOW are these classes fun! and I feel amazingly good after the workouts! I lost weight, got toned, boosted my immune system, and improved my balance.
Another thing I LOVE about rebounding is that I don't feel pain in my knees or ankles during the workout. The surface is so soft that it absorbs impact to the joints!
