Serum 20 AOX is a liquid form of 20 percent vitamin C and ferulic acid. It comes in an amber colored glass bottle with an eyedropper to dispense the serum. Only a few are drops required to coat the skin. Skin Ceuticals also offers 10 and 15 percent serum options for people with sensitive skin.
Serum 20 is applied to a clean face in the morning and left to absorb into the skin for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, moisturizer, sun block and makeup can be applied.
Obagi Professional-C Serum
Obagi Medical started in 1988 with the NuDerm product line developed to lighten the skin and reduce the signs of aging. Their products are designed to restore skin health. Obagi products are available through dermatologists because the ingredients are prescription strength.
Obagi Profession-C Serum is similar to Skin Ceuticals serum, but it is a thicker serum. It contains L-ascorbic acid in concentrations of 20, 15, 10 or 5 percent, depending on your type of skin. It comes in a dark blue bottle to shield it from the light, which can reduce the potency. It is applied by using an eyedropper to dispense several drops onto the fingers and then rubbed into the face. It should be allowed to absorb for 10 minutes also, after which you can follow your regular skin-care routine.

Perricone MD was started by Dr. Perricone, a board certified clinical and research dermatologist. His product line focuses on anti-aging and skin correction products.
Perricone MD Face Finishing Moisturizer is lightweight, has vitamin C ester, DMAE, alpha lipoic acid, and is paraben-free. It can be applied in the morning and evening as part of a regular skin-care regimen. This moisturizer is part of a vitamin C skin care line.
