Correcting a golf slice is a lifelong obsession for many golfers. Trying to determine why your golf ball slices sideways on most shots, rather than flying straight is enough to drive you insane. many golfers tinker with their swing, and many turn to various aids and gadgets. One such product is what is known as an anti-slice golf tee. Manufacturers of the anti-slice tee claim it fixes your slice by taking away the sideways spin common in all slices. The tee has a stem like any other tee, but at the top has a lip sticking up on one side. Anti-slice golf tees are easy to use.

Step 1

Visualize your shot sailing down the middle of the fairway. See the flight path of the ball in your mind before you take your swing.

Step 2

Place your anti-slice tee in the ground. Position it so the plastic lip is on the right if you are a right handed shot, and on the left if you are a left handed shot.

Step 3

Set up to take your shot as you normally would, then swing your club as you normally would. Your club should hit the tee first and reduce the sideways spin.
