Step 1
Rub slices of fresh lemon on the brown spots twice a day for two months or until the spots have diminished.
Step 2
Rub pure concentrated vitamin E oil into the brown spots twice a day until the spots have disappeared. You can find pure vitamin E oil at your local health foods store, or buy vitamin E oil capsules and break them open.
Step 3
Apply fresh papaya to the brown spots on your arms twice daily until they have lightened. Allow the papaya juice to soak in before rinsing your arms.
Step 4
Slice some fresh cucumber and rub the juice into the brown spots on your arms twice a day until the brown spots disappear. Let the juice soak into the skin before rinsing.
