Exercising on a daily basis will help breathing to stay calm and refresh the body as well as strengthening it. Moving the body also increases circulation, which adds oxygen to all the areas and produces increased good health, the American Lung Association indicates.


Staying away from high amounts of salt and eating foods that classify as healthy such as salads and low-fat foods also will help the breathing significantly. The body remains like an engine seeking good sources of energy, in this case, healthy foods to feed its needs to burn efficiently and operate at optimum speed.
