Laughlin isn't as well-known nationally as other Nevada cities like Las Vegas and Reno. The southern Nevada town of nearly 9,000, according to Clark County's official website, does attract 5 million visitors a year mainly due to its nine casinos. Outdoor lovers and fitness enthusiasts will also find things to do in the Laughlin area. Water Sports
Water sportsmen enjoy Laughlin, which sits off the Colorado River. People can go canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing and boating.
