Kolcraft makes four styles of bassinets: Cuddle 'n Care, Tender Vibes Rocking Bassinet, Tender Vibes Travel Bassinet and Contours Classique.
Baby Specs
Kolcraft bassinets are designed for babies who weigh no more than 15 pounds and who are 3 months old or younger. When a baby can rise up on his hands and knees without assistance, he has outgrown the bassinet.
Features
Most Kolcraft bassinets have some combination of light, music, mobile and a vibrating fixture. They also come with plastic and metal construction. The Contours Classic, however, is made of wood and has no battery-operated parts. The Cuddle 'n Care and Tender Vibes rocking bassinets convert to rockers. All four models have locking wheels.
Certifications
Kolcraft bassinets are certified by two safety associations. One is the American Society for Testing and Materials--ASTM. The other is the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association--JPMA.
Decorations
Cuddle 'n Care and Tender Vibes Rocking Bassinet come in one color pattern each. Tender Vibes Travel Bassinet and Contours Classique each have two patterns from which to choose. Both Tender Vibes bassinets have long skirts attached.
