Surgery

Breast augmentation and breast-lift surgeries are available if you are willing to pay a surgeon to medically enhance your breasts. Breast augmentation surgery uses implants to add size to your chest. During the procedure, a surgeon makes an incision under your breast, nipple or in your armpit and places the implant behind the breast tissue or the chest muscle. The implant can be made up of silicone gel or a saline solution. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, saline implants are made of sterile salt water, while silicone implants are made with an elastic gel that can be toxic to the body if a leak occurs.

Breast lift surgery, also called mastopexy, is a common option for women who like their breast size but are not satisfied with how their breasts hang. During the procedure, the surgeon makes several incisions around the lower portion of your breast, reshapes your breasts, reduces the size of your nipple if necessary and closes the incisions.

Exercise

Strength training exercises for your chest target the pectoral muscles beneath your breast tissue. By adding more muscle to this area, you can add size and lift to your breasts.

Push-ups can be done in a variety of positions and are fitting for all fitness levels. Start on your hands and feet while keeping your back flat. Position your hands under your shoulders for a standard push-up, farther apart for a wide-grip push-up and close together for a narrow push-up. Push your body up and down by straightening and bending your arms to perform push-ups. Work until your muscles are fatigued.

The bench press exercise also targets your chest muscles. Lie on an aerobic step or flat bench while holding a weight in each hand. Straighten your arms over your chest, lower the weights toward your shoulders and press back up. Use a weight that only allows you to complete six to eight repetitions.

Bras

If you are interested in breast enhancement that can be done in an instant and modified to your preferences this is the best option for you. Wearing an underwire bra can lift your breasts. According to Oprah Online, underwire bras help push your breasts upward and forward. If you wish to add a more dramatic increase to your breast size and lift, buy a push-up or padded bra. These bras come in a variety of materials, and they use built in pads to increase your bust size. For a more temporary and versatile enhancement item try bra inserts. Bra inserts work like a padded bra with the exception that the item is removable and can be placed where you choose in your bra.
