Step 2
Stir the ingredients until they form a paste, and then slather the paste on your hair. Leave the treatment in your hair for at least 30 minutes.

Rinse your hair with warm water, and then shampoo as usual.
Dry Hair Calmer
Step 1
Peel a small avocado, and then remove the seed. Place half of the avocado in a mixing bowl with a ripe banana and 1 tsp. olive oil. Mash the ingredients together with a fork.
Step 2
Massage the avocado and banana treatment into clean, dry hair. Cover your hair with a plastic shower cap, and then top the plastic wrap with a warm bath towel.
Step 3
Allow the mixture to remain on your hair for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the mixture from your hair with lukewarm water, then shampoo as usual.
Hair Brightener
Step 1
Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a small saucepan. Alternatively, place the water in a microwave-safe container, and heat the water in the microwave oven.
Step 2
Place 2 tea bags in the hot water, and allow the tea to steep for at least 10 minutes. Use black tea for dark hair, rooibos tea for red hair or chamomile for blond hair. Brighten gray or brown hair with one sage teabag and one rosemary tea bag. If you aren't ready to use the hair brightener immediately, store the mixture in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it.
