Airzone produces a line of trampoline that comes in three different sizes: eight feet, twelve feet and fourteen feet in diameter. These devices are comprised of a special jumping pad attached to a rust-resistant, galvanized steel frame. The design of the trampoline is such that you can secure all of the pieces together using only a Phillips screwdriver. These products are designed for use outdoors, in an open area well away from any overhead obstacles, such as tree branches or building overhangs.
Step 1
Place all the pieces of the trampoline next to the portion of the field or lawn on which you wish to assemble the device. Place one of the top rails in the build area, then fit the end of another top rail into the first.
Step 2
Twist the top rails until the screw holes in each piece line up. Insert a set screw into the screw holes, then use a screwdriver to tighten the screw securely. Fit the end of another top rail onto the end of the second rail, then use a screw to secure the pieces together as before. Continue attaching the top rails in this manner until the pieces form a complete circle.
Step 3
Place a U-shaped leg piece, plugged leg extension tube and open-ended extension tube on the ground next to the top rails. Fit the end of the plugged leg extension tubes onto the right end of the leg piece; fit the remaining tube onto the left end.
Step 4
Align the screw holes on each extension tube with those set into the ends of the leg piece. Insert screws into each screw hole and tighten securely. Repeat this process with the remaining leg pieces and extension tubes.
Step 5
Fit the open end of one of the leg assemblies onto the tube protruding from the bottom of the top tail assembly. Align the screw holes on the leg assembly and the top rail and use a screw to secure the pieces together. Attach the rest of the leg assemblies to the top rail in this manner until you have completed assembling the trampoline frame. Check that all of the screws are properly tightened before proceeding.
Step 6
Unfold the jumping mat inside of the trampoline frame. Hook one end of one of the springs onto one of the triangle-shaped rings attached to the mat. Hook the remaining end of the spring onto one of the holes drilled into the top of the frame. Attach a spring to the opposite end of the mat and frame in the same manner.
Step 7
Move to a point midway between the previous two connection points. Use a spring to attach the mat to the frame at this point, then move to the opposite side of the frame and repeat. Continue attaching the rest of the springs in this manner until you have finished installing the jumping mat. Fit the frame cover over the edges of the trampoline and use the attached strings to tie it in place.
