The Horizon EX-22 elliptical trainer sports an ergonomic design that includes pivoting foot pedals and a narrow stride width. It was a 2006 model that has since been discontinued.

Programming

The EX-22 offers eight levels of magnetic resistance and four programming options: push-button resistance control, also known as manual mode, plus intervals, weight loss and rolling terrain programs. It also offers a single heart rate control program.

Features

Other features include a built-in three-speed cooling fan, built-in speakers with an MP3 player input jack and a built-in hand grip heart rate monitor.

Placement

The EX-22 has transport wheels built into the front of the frame to make relocating it easier. You need at least six feet of clearance behind it, three feet of clearance to either side and one foot of clearance in front of the machine when in use.

Specs

The EX-22 has a fixed 18-inch stride. Its maximum user weight limit is 250 lbs.
