Resistance

The E6 offers motor-adjusted magnetic braking resistance. You push a button on the console and the motor moves a magnet closer to the 10.5-lb. flywheel for more resistance, or further from the flywheel for less resistance.

The E6 has a 20-inch fixed stride length and a 325 lb. maximum user weight.

Features

The Horizon E6 features pivoting foot plates and narrow pedal spacing for a more natural gait, and built-in handgrip heart-rate monitors. The E6 is also compatible with a wireless heart-rate monitor.

Programs

The E6 has a manual-control mode plus nine pre-programmed workouts, including two heart-rate control programs, which adjust the treadmill's speed and incline to keep you within a target heart rate zone, and two customizable programs.
