Review of Weider 200 VKR Strength Power Tower

The Weider 200 VKR Power Tower facilitates body-weight exercises. It resembles a pull-up station and captain's chair, sometimes known as a Roman chair, fused together back to back. As of August 2010, it retails for about $250, but can be purchased for substantially less.

Exercises

The Power Tower allows you to do pull-ups, dips, vertical knee raises and push-ups. If you're not strong enough to do full pull-ups you can use the dip bars for self-assisted pull-ups, and if you can't quite manage dips, you can use the Power Tower for self-assisted dips, too.

Measurements

The Power Tower measures 84 inches tall by 41 inches wide by 57 inches deep and weighs about 94 lbs.

Weight Limit

The VKR Power Tower supports users up to a maximum weight of 300 lbs.
