The Weslo Pursuit 350 offers 10 levels of trademarked Silent Magnetic Resistance. That's not to say that you won't hear any sounds at all out of this bike, but it is quieter than air- or direct tension-resistance bikes.

Resistance

The Weslo Pursuit 350 uses mechanically-adjusted magnetic resistance. Twisting the knob on the bike's upright support clockwise mechanically adjusts a magnet closer to the flywheel, providing more resistance. Twisting the knob counterclockwise reduces the resistance.
