The Burger King Whopper contains 670 calories, with 39 grams of fat and 11 grams of saturated fat, according to the website. Wendy's single hamburger contains 430 calories, 20 grams of fat and seven grams of saturated fat, according to the website. The popular Hardee's Thickburger contains 910 calories, 64 grams of fat and 21 grams of saturated fat, the website reports.
French Fries
A large order of French fries at McDonald's contains 570 calories, 30 grams of fat and six grams of saturated fat, according to FatCalories.com. An order of salted fries at Burger King contains 600 calories, 33 grams of fat and eight grams of saturated fat, the website reports. Wendy's order of large French fries contains 550 calories, 26 grams of fat and four grams of saturated fat. A large order of crispy curl fries at Hardee's contains 480 calories, 21 grams of fat and four grams of saturated fat.
Milkshakes
A regular chocolate shake at Hardee's will supply you with 700 calories, 34 grams of fat and 24 grams of saturated fat. Burger King's 32-ounce chocolate milkshake contains 950 calories, 29 grams of fat and 19 grams of saturated fat. McDonald's chocolate triple-thick shake in a 21-ounce cup contains 770 calories, 18 grams of fat and 11 grams of saturated fat.
