Columbia 300 is a bowling ball manufacturer that also sells shirts, bags, towels and cleaning supplies. Famous for creating the first bowling ball with a cover that would curve more on the lanes, Columbia 300 is also the maker of the Scout ball.

Use

The Columbia 300 Scout offers bowlers a moderate amount of curve that is ideal on dry lane conditions. The Scout also works well for bowlers who naturally generate a good deal of curve from their hand and fingers.

Appearance

The Columbia 300 Scout is available in a mixture of blue and gold and features a shiny, polished surface. The Scout Logo is comprised of a stylized "S" and there is a Columbia 300 logo on the ball's opposite side.

Specs

Bowlers can purchase a Columbia 300 Scout between the weights of 10 and 16 pounds. The Scout has a super-flex cover and a pancake core designed to help the ball hook late on the lane.
