Function
The Sole E25 elliptical is exercise equipment you can use to work your cardiovascular system, burn calories and lose weight. To use the machine you stand on the foot pedals and move them in an elliptical motion both forward and backward. Additionally, the E25 has an incline setting of 15 to 30 degrees and arm pedals to move with your upper body.
Features
This model of home elliptical has many features typically available on more expensive models. The E25 can monitor your heart rate and has 20 levels for resistance. You can also plug in an MP3 player and listen to your music through the built-in speakers. A built-in fan can help to keep you cool, while the blue backlight display provides you with information on distance, time, calories burned and workout level.
