The act of clean eating involves eating whole foods such as vegetables, nuts, fruits, lean proteins while staying away from processed foods typically found in most diets. In other words, clean eating denotes tidying up ones eating habits. Some people chose clean eating for the purposes of losing weight, while others chose this style of eating primarily for health purposes. So before heading to the grocery store to buy groceries, there are certain foods you should include on your grocery list to ensure you are practicing clean eating to the fullest.
