According to Steady Health, pimples on the penis are most likely to occur during the teenage years; however, men of all ages can get them, and 8 out of 10 will get a pimple on their penis or testicles in their lifetime. Though pimples in this area are not much different from pimples on the face, they can be alarming for some men who have never had one before. Luckily, there are some natural treatments that can help to get rid of pimples on the penis. However, consult your physician before attempting herbal remedies on your own, and also afterward if the pimples and bumps haven't gone away within a few weeks.

Peppermint Essential Oil, Rose Essential Oil and Jojoba Oil

According to Ann Worwood, author of "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy," a mixture of peppermint essential oil, rose essential oil and jojoba oil is mild enough to apply to pimples as a topical treatment on delicate skin on the body. To make this mixture, combine ½ tsp. peppermint essential oil, ½ tsp. rose essential oil and 6 tbsp. jojoba oil in a small glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine. Pour a small amount of the mixed oil onto a clean cotton pad and gently dab the pad onto the affected area. Leave the mixture on the skin for 30 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water and washing with a very gentle cleanser. This treatment can be used once per day as long as no irritation or redness occurs. Unused portions of the oil mixture can be kept in a cool, dark place for up to one month.

Honey, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice and Ground Nutmeg

According to Julie Gabriel, author of "The Green Beauty Guide: Your Essential Resource to Organic and Natural Skin Care, Hair Care, Makeup, and Fragrances," a mixture of honey, lemon juice, lime juice and ground nutmeg can be applied to delicate areas to help get rid of pimples. To use this mixture, combine 2 tsp. honey, ½ tsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. lime juice and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg and stir to combine. Gently massage a small amount of this mixture onto the affected area and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water and washing with a mild cleanser. You should use this treatment only once per day, and unused portions should be stored in the refrigerator and discarded after 48 hours.

Bergamot Essential Oil, Clove Oil and Tea Tree Oil

According to Colleen Kaye Dodt, author of "The Essential Oils Book: Creating Personal Blends for Mind & Body," a mixture of bergamot essential oil, clove oil and tea tree oil can be used to treat pimples on all areas of the body. To make and use this mixture, combine 1 tsp. bergamot essential oil, ½ tsp. clove oil and 4 tbsp. tea tree oil in a small container and stir to combine. Apply a small amount of the mixture to a clean cotton pad and dab it on the affected area. Leave the mixture on for 30 minutes before rinsing with cool, clean water. There is no need to wash with soap unless irritation occurs. Unused portions of this oil can be kept in a cool, dark place for 30 days.
