Jumping on a trampoline offers fun and exercise for the entire family. Children love to bounce up and down as high as possible, while adults can benefit aerobically from the rebounding experience. Trampoline use definitely has its benefits, but safety of all who use it should be considered. A trampoline safety net is one of the best safeguards to lessen the likelihood of bodily injury.

Step 1

Take the box that contains trampoline net, remove the tubes and put them together. The smaller tube must be placed inside the larger tube and the foam coverings must remain in place.

Step 2

Connect the tubes at the bottom of the trampoline. Screw ends into place with a nut and bolt. Now all tubes should be sticking up around the perimeter of your trampoline.

Step 3

Fasten the balls holding the net in place to the top of the poles. Slip the webbing of the net through each ball on each pole.

Step 4

Pull the net around the poles and use the ties in your kit to tie them securely. Every pole must have three loops attached to it and tied with a knot. This is an extra safety precaution in case someone bumps into the net.

Step 5

Examine the net after you have stretched it around the entire trampoline perimeter. The poles should be stable and the ties are tight. Be sure the net opening is accessible, but capable of being tied when people use the trampoline.

Things You'll Need
