How to Inflate a Cathe Body Ball

Cathe body balls are a fun and effective addition to any workout. Not only does it help with your core muscles but also can improve your flexibility and balance. Inflating your body ball to the correct diameter will ensure you benefit as much as possible from a simple yet powerful piece of exercise equipment.

How to Inflate a Cathe Body Ball

Step 1

Remove the body ball from its packaging and lay it flat on the ground.

Step 2

Remove the plug and insert the nozzle of the foot pump into the hole of the plug.

Step 3

Pump air into the ball until it has reached the appropriate diameter as printed on the ball. Use the measuring tape to confirm that you've pumped the body ball to the right diameter.

Step 4

Remove the nozzle of the pump and plug the hole to prevent air from escaping.

Step 5

Sit on the ball after you finish inflating. Your legs should be parallel to the ground and your hips should be either in line with or higher than your knees. If not, you may need to continue inflating.

Tips and Warnings

  • Make sure the body ball is at room temperature before you begin to inflate it.
  • Do not over-inflate the body ball. You should be able to push the inwards for about 2 inches when fully inflated . Also, keep the ball away from sharp objects and materials that contain ink that could possibly stain the ball.
