According to the Precor website, the Precor EFX 5.25 Elliptical features an adjustable CrossRamp angle, which alters your stride length to work different muscle groups. It also features ergonomic moving handlebars that tone your upper body.

A Smart Rate instant heart rate monitor tracks your heart rate, which is displayed on the back-lit LCD console along with your calories burned and your workout duration.
Workout Options
