Calculate your height in inches.

For men: For every inch that you measure over 5 feet, add 2.3 kilograms.Then add 50.



For women: For every inch that you measure over 5 feet, add 2.3 kilograms. Then add 45.5.

Step 3

Whether you're male or female, multiply the amount you came up with by 2.2 to convert the number into pounds. This is the ideal weight for your height for a normal frame.
