Colorado offers many fitness clubs throughout the area that will help you tone up, get fit and even learn martial arts. The state's fitness clubs offer some of the best facilities for getting in shape and enjoying sports.

Most athletic clubs, such as the Colorado Athletic Club and the Denver Athletic Club, have facilities with excellent cardiovascular machines and strength training machines.
