The ProForm ProQuick adjustable dumbbell set comes with an adjustable stand and weight tray. The adjustable dumbbells let you replace a full set of dumbbells with just one piece of equipment.
Weight
Each Pro Quick dumbbell adjusts between 10 and 50 pounds, in 10-pound increments. You select the weight by setting the dumbbell in the included adjustable stand, turning the selector knobs to the desired weight, then lifting the dumbbell off the stand. The appropriate weight plates come with it automatically.
Grips
The ProQuick dumbbells have curved, textured chrome handgrips for a comfortable fit and secure hold. If you have delicate hands, consider wearing weight-lifting gloves to protect your hands against the extra texturing.
Price
As of August 2010, the ProForm ProQuick retails for between $500 and $600 direct from ProForm.com. The ProQuick is slightly more expensive than some other adjustable dumbbell sets, such as the PowerBlock, but users might choose the ProQuick over PowerBlock for its dial-adjust option or the included weight stand.
