Mustela Sunscreen Review

Mustela Sunscreen is a high sun protection factor (SPF) sunscreen designed for use on babies and young children. Mustela claims babies are more sensitive to the sun's rays and need more specialized sun protection compared to adults. Mustela Sunscreen is commonly sold online and in some retail stores.

Products

Mustela Sunscreen is available in its original form, High Protection Sun Lotion and Sun Cream for Sensitive Areas, used to provide sun ray protection on the nose, cheeks forehead and lips. Mustela is also available in sunscreen protection kits.

Features

Mustela Sunscreen is hypoallergenic and water-resistant, which minimizes allergic reactions and prevents it from rubbing off when coming into contact with water. It contains a sun protection factor (SPF) factor of 50, which limits sun damage.

Restrictions

Mustela Sunscreen is FDA approved to use on children six months or older. There is no maximum age limit on its use, although they recommend its use for babies and children.

Price

Dermstore.com sells Mustela Sunscreen for $15.50 as of August, 2010. Prices vary depending on each individual retailer.
