Papago Golf Course
Papago Golf Course is a historic course owned by the city of Phoenix. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a scenic and challenging golf experience on this course, which was renovated in 2008 with a new irrigation system, improved greens, fairways, bunkers and tee boxes.
The course is open to the public, residents and nonresidents. Lower fees are available for Maricopa County residents. Reservations can be made on the Papago website (papagogolfcourse.net), which also includes information on the course's location, events and other applicable fees.
Stonecreek: The Golf Club
Stonecreek: The Golf Club is a public links-style golf course in the heart of Phoenix. It offers an on-site pro shop, golf instructions and rental clubs. Golfers may reserve tee times on the Stonecreek website at stonecreekgc.com. Before or after golfing, individuals and groups may enjoy breakfast and/or lunch at the course's Up the Creek Restaurant.
The Legacy Golf Resort
The Legacy Golf Resort boasts a challenging and engaging 18-hole championship golf course that is open to guests of the resort, as well as the general public. It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, downtown Phoenix and area sporting venues. The resort includes more than 300 guest rooms in 12 buildings. Golfers and their families also may enjoy spa treatments, fitness activities and fine dining.
The Raven Golf Courses at South Mountain
In addition to more than 70,000 cubic feet of land, Raven Golf Courses at South Mountain also provides on-site meeting facilities to accommodate up to 200 people. Rates vary depending on season date, and time. Online reservations are not available.
Arizona Biltmore Country Club
The Arizona Biltmore Country Club, also called the Adobe and the Links, is a public 36-hole course, divided into two courses. It is adjacent to the Biltmore resort. Golfers may enjoy private instructions and rent equipment. Tee times and club reservations may be booked online at arizonabiltmore.com/golf.
