The Eureka Backcountry 1 tent is designed to sleep one person. Backpackers often choose this tent because it is easy to assemble and adds very little to the backpackers overall carrying weight.

Features

The Backcountry 1 tent comes with loops attached to the interior's roof. One is for a flashlight and four more are for storing camping gear. There are also two storage pockets for organization. The large door has twin-track zippers with a window that is offset to one side. The rear wall has a vent and the mesh side panels allow for ventilation.

Specs

The floor space of the Eureka Backcountry 1 tent measures 8 feet by 3 feet. The maximum height of the tent is 3 feet 2 inches. It can be packed away into a package measuring 6 inches by 15.5 inches with its minimum weight being 3 lbs 14 oz.

Cost

As of the summer of 2010, the Eureka Backcountry 1 tent can be purchased from the Eureka website at a price of $170.
