Karhu's children's Kaboom skis are perfect for parents looking to keep their toddlers or young children active during the winter months and introduce them to cross-country skiing. These children's skis adjust to almost any kid's winter boot, so no extra equipment is needed.

Materials

Because kids are tough on gear, Karhu built the Kaboom ski with a strong polyurethane. The polyurethane provides long lasting durability. The waxless Bearclaw base grabs the snow for good grip, and because the base is waxless, you won't have to deal with kick wax.

Bindings

The ski includes pre-mounted universal bindings that adjust to fit almost any kid's winter boot. The binding's two straps wrap the boot and secure it in place. If you want to mount other cross-country ski bindings, the universal bindings are easily removed.

Shape

The ski's wide profile provides extra stability for your child. The extra stability helps your child balance over the ski for more kick and glide and less falling. The ski's short length and gentle sidecut helps your child control the ski and makes turning easier.

Fit

The Karhu Kaboom ski comes in two sizes. The 70cm ski is designed for kid's under 45 lbs. The 90cm ski fits kid's over 45 lbs.
