New Balance N Fuse 560 Review

New Balance 560 women's running shoes with N-Fuse technology are available in a basic running version and in a rugged trail running variation. Familiarize yourself with the features of each type so you buy the style that is right for you.

Features

The New Balance 560 features N-Fuse mid-soles. The technology combines a firm bottom layer of foam with a softer upper layer to support and cushion your foot. Shoe soles are made of durable N-Durance rubber. The trail version features New Balance's AT Tread, which adds tread lugs for off-road running. Rock Stop provides extra protection against sharp rocks and sticks underfoot.

Considerations

While the trail version of the New Balance 560 looks fancier than the basic running version, if you run mainly on paved surfaces, the trail version will provide extra features you do no not need. The additional features make the trail version more expensive than the basic runner.

Selecting the Right Shoe

If you decide New Balance 560 running shoe is right for you, make sure to select the correct shoe by double checking the item number. An item number beginning with WR560 denotes regular running shoes. An item number beginning with WT560 denotes trail running shoes.
