Staying Active
The Hampton Senior's Center also offers many fitness options, including line dancing and square dancing classes, where you can learn the basic moves, get exercise and have fun. Low-impact activities include "seniorcise," which is a gentle, seated exercise program, and Walk Away the Pounds, a total body workout walking 1 to 4 miles. For more intense cardio exercise, try the Power Angels 4-mile walking class.
Day and Overnight Trips
Check with the Hampton Seniors Center about its schedule of trips, which range from local arts and culture outings to taking in plays and visiting museums. Some of the trips visit neighboring towns, states and even other countries.
