Review of the Keurig B50 Coffee Maker

The Keurig B50 claims to brew the perfect cup of coffee, one mug at a time. As of August 2010 it retails for about $170 when purchased directly from the manufacturer.

Convenience

The Keuric B50 has a removable 48-oz. water reservoir that makes filling and cleaning more convenient, which means you don't have to add water every time you want a cup of coffee. The drip tray removes for easy emptying and cleaning, too.

Settings

You can set the B50 to brew a "regular" 7.25 oz. cup or a more intense 5.25 oz. cup. This lets you control how strong the coffee is, no matter what your cup size. You can also program the brewer to switch on, then turn off later, automatically.

Specs

The B50 measures 13 inches high by 10 inches wide and 13.25 inches deep. It weighs 12 lbs. when empty and 15 lbs. when full and must be plugged into a U.S. standard 120V outlet.
