Easy Weight Loss Tea Review

Every person needing to lose weight would like to find a way to make dieting easy, fast and painless, so the idea of a tea that helps with weight loss is nearly irresistible. Producers of Wu Yi Tea claim it burns fat faster than green tea and increases the metabolism, resulting in weight loss.

History

Wu Yi Tea, or Da Hong Pao, has a long, legendary history in China, where it is revered for its healing properties. The plants have been grown in the Wu Yi mountains of Fujian, China for generations. The tea is hand-picked and the leaves are fermented in the sun and are all natural when packaged.

Claims

Exporters claim that "scientific studies" have shown that drinking Wu Yi raises the metabolism due to the abundance of "polymerized polyphenols" found in the tea. It is rich in antioxidants to detoxify the body and burn fat as well. They say the effect of fat burning is to reduce the effect of cholesterol in the blood. They also suggest that the tea may aid digestion, clear complexions and reduce stress.

Diet Directions

The suggested dosage of Wu Yi Tea is three to four cups per day. However, it is not claimed that weight loss will occur through use of the tea alone. It is recommended that the tea be used along with an Asian-style diet that is high in vegetables, fish and fruit, while very limited in dairy, eggs and meat. Oprah Winfrey has endorsed the Wu Yi Tea diet.
