Weight Watchers eTools is a support system that is exclusive for people who attend Weight Watchers meetings. Members attending meetings and using Weight Watchers eTools lose more weight than those who only attend weekly meetings, according to Weight Watchers.
Content
The tools provide point values for over 40,000 foods. A calculator is also provided that will help you calculate point values. For more visual people, the site provides a graphic progress chart.
Videos
Weight Watcher eTools features videos. The video library includes content on food preparation, exercise and success stories.
Mobile Access
For more convenient tracking, Weight Watchers has phone apps and a mobile website that allows you to track foods and exercise while away from your computer. As of August 2010, eTools supports iPhone, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices.
Costs
As of August 2010, a subscription to Weight Watchers eTools costs $12.95 a month. A monthly pass is available for $39.95 a month. In addition to eTools access, a monthly pass allows members to attend unlimited Weight Watchers meetings for that month.
