The NordicTrack ASR 1000 Elliptical is a full-body workout machine. The product has been discontinued by NordicTrack, but as of 2010, some online retailers continue to sell it.

The ASR 1000 has a 30-degree power incline ramp, a built-in sound system for use with iPods or other MP3 players, 20 pre-programmed personal trainer workouts and two pre-programmed weight-loss workouts. It's also equipped with iFit workout technology.

The elliptical has a commercial-grade steel frame that comes with a lifetime warranty. In addition, it has a 12-year brake warranty and a one-year parts and labor warranty. The total weight of the device is 210 lbs., and some assembly is required.
Identification
The unit is gray. The NordicTrack log is on the right side panel of the machine. The liquid crystal display screen and electronic controls are in the center of the unit.
