Drive System
The ProForm Perspective has a fixed 18-inch stride length. It comes with the trademarked push-button adjustable SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance that's available on most elliptical trainers from Icon Health & Fitness, the ProForm parent company.

Television aside, features of note on the ProForm Perspective include a handgrip heart rate monitor and a backlit console. It has 20 preprogrammed personal trainer workouts that automatically adjust resistance for you, plus two user-customizable programs and two heart rate control programs.
