"The 30 Day Shred" is geared to shave off those last few pounds. If you have that event--a high school reunion, party or business conference--for which you want to look your best, this program will strip your body down. Michaels makes no apologies for her blunt assessment of the work involved.
Audience
Michaels employs a one-two-three punch of cardio, intervals and strength training with fast-paced workouts. This program is not for the faint of heart. If you prefer a drill sergeant style with a touch of humanity, here it is.
