Barry's Boot Camp
Barry's Boot Camp, designed by celebrity trainer Barry Jay, has two physical locations and 25 instructors in the Los Angeles area, but also features a video boot camp series that can be completed in your home. Called the "Best Celebrity Workout" by LA Magazine, Barry's Boot Camp workout packages can range from three to 50 classes to fit your budget and lifestyle. Each workout lasts one hour and combines cardio and strength training into one workout. Sure Results Boot Camp workouts provide 210 professionally designed boot camp workouts to help you achieve fitness results in less time. The workouts are built on a "no-equipment necessary" platform that can easily be used in an outdoor boot camp location.
