Use
The Stamina 1772 tones your hips, thighs and bottom. Used in forward motion, it also tones your quadriceps and lower abdominal muscles. In reverse motion, it tones your hamstrings and calves. The Stamina 1772 features eight resistance levels, which can be manually adjusted to change the intensity of your workout.
